Ugh, that guy is so whiney. Rei wish he would shut up. Just why does he think the sensei will let him go if he whines? He rolled his eyes as he was pulled along. Then suddenly the teacher stopped.
Ah, good. The teacher's attention is on the other boy, now is the time to escape.
He turned and quickly, but silently walked away, hoping the sensei wouldn't notice.

Mugi didn't notice the other kid break free and grinned sheepishly at his bewildered teacher.
"Uh, well... You know. Beauty sleep..." he searched his mind for a good excuse before he gave up. "Istayedupuntil4AMplayingMonsterHunter."

"Istayedupuntil4AMplayingMonsterHunter," Mugi rapid-fired as if he was hoping Hiyama wouldn't hear what he actually said. The teacher sighed and shook his head.
"Video games, I see."
Suddenly it occurred to Hiyama that the trio was one person short. He glanced around, but the black haired teenager he had with him earlier was nowhere to be seen.
"Wha?" Hiyama sputtered, confused. "I could have sworn...?"
He didn't notice Rei silently duck around a corner.

He quickly ducked around a corner and successfully escaped. He gave a silent sigh of relief before heading up to the school rooftop.
He jumped on top of the small room that is the entrance to the rooftop, and lay down to take a nap.
"Well that worked out pretty well…" He said as he closed his eyes.

Kokone stood on the school roof, letting the spring wind caress her hair. She gazed over the courtyard and sighed gently. Her family had transferred, so she had ended up entering a high school far away from her own junior high friends. In addition, the school had a program that most people started at elementary school, meaning they had formed their own groups and cliques already. Kokone bit her lip. Would she have to spend her high school days alone? Suddenly she heard the handle of the door to the roof turn. She glanced at the door in shock before scanning around for a place to hide. As quickly as she could, she scrambled next to the door, flattened herself against the wall, held her breath, and prayed that if it was a teacher or janitor, he wouldn't bother to look to his left. Instead of a person with a position of authority, it was another student. Despite his stature not being particularly large, he somehow seemed to have a bit of an intimidating aura, or maybe kind of a "don't-talk-to-me" feel. He didn't seem to notice her as he jumped onto the rooftop entrance room thing (I know what you're talking about what is it called? LOL) and lay down. Kokone silently released her held breath and slid closer to the door. Maybe the student was here because the entrance ceremony ended already? Or did he get nervous and end up skipping it, like she did? The brunette girl lightly touched the door handle and turned it, hoping it wouldn't make a noise.

As much as the female student might've hoped it didn't, the door handle was slightly rusted and it always made a screeching noise. Doing it slowly would only make it worse and made the screech last longer.
Rei heard the screech and opened his eyes. Did the teacher find him? He peeked over the side, it was a female student that he has never seen before. From her position, she was trying to get out..?
((Lol, I have no idea what it's called xD ))

Kokone winced at the screech. It sounded like a howler monkey. That was being eaten. Alive. Slowly. By its own family.
Her automatic reaction was to move even slower resulting in the horrible sounds lasting even longer than it had to be. Kokone glanced upwards. Maybe the other student didn't notice? Actually there was no way he couldn't have noticed, but maybe he didn't care. He was peeking over the side at her. So much for that.
Unsure what to do, Kokone continued to stand there, frozen, still grasping the handle of the door.

He grunted and pulled back from the side, then just went back to take his nap.
As long as she's not trying to bother him, he doesn't care. Plus, it wasn't a teacher or anything. Just hope no one was nearby to hear the horrible screech. Even if someone did, hopefully the girl won't tell them that he's there.

Kokone continued to stand, frozen, for what felt like a minute. There was no reaction from the person above, so she peered once again. It seemed the black-haired boy had retreated back to whatever he was doing before.
Maybe he didn't notice me, Kokone thought misguidedly. Then, Is the entrance ceremony finally over? I should ask that guy up there.
She slowly released the handle of the door again ("SCREEEEEEECH!") and tried to climb up to the roof thing too. She couldn't even reach. She jumped a few times. Nope. She tried to put her foot on the door handle as a foot hold. Once she got her foot on the handle without turning it ("SCREEECH SCREECH SCREEECH SCREEEEEECH!") she found no matter how she tried, she couldn't hoist herself up. Kokone scowled and tried to look around for another way up.

Rei had only closed his eyes before a loud "SCREEEEEECH!" made him jump, and he covered his ears in annoyance. Jesus, they really need to do something about that stupid door. The screeching sound is worse than nails on a chalk board. The girl probably left now so-"SCREEECH SCREECH SCREEECH SCREEEEEECH!" Rei looked over the side again and saw the girl trying to host herself up but failing.
"Do you need something...?" He asked the girl. The sooner he finds out what she needs, the sooner she will leave. And that's a good thing in Rei's book right now.
