Roleplay Sample: (to help portray your muse's character)
Have your character respond to the following situation:

Miku (or Rin, if you are applying for a Miku) ran cheerfully ahead, her hands outstretched, feeling the wind. She stopped at the edge of the outlook where she closed her eyes and took a deep breath of fresh mountain air before turning around and waving energetically.

"C'mon, slowpoke," she giggled. "Hurry up! The view is fantastic."

Your sample:    As Kaito chased after Miku, the wind blowing his scarf back, makeing it flap wildly, he would look up and smile at her, takeing a breath of air himself. He looks at the sky, then continues up. When he reaches the top he stands there panting, his hands on his knees and grabs his scarf and wipes the sweat off his forehead. He then looks at the view and gasps. The site was really beautiful, the mountains and the trees being seen far in the distance and the snow off in the distance.

He would then look at Miku and say to her"So are we going to race down like we did up?" He then will the grab her hand and attempt to lead her down the mountain, a wide smile on his face and a small glint in his eyes.

Hey just some simple suggestions, you don't have to take them into consideration since I am just a dork anyways but you should try to format your paragraphs better? Like the 5-space indent at new paragraph starts, and then you go to a new line when you have dialogue? Yeah, and some more detail on appearance and other things. But a good start!

Yeah, been a while since I have done a character app, and it's weird but ironic I'm makeing Kaitos sheet. Plus, I have the cosplay costume in my closet nice and made all ready to be worn during the next anime convention.

Nice! I need to find some time to fit in a vocaloid costume in my lineup. Mostly disney now a days ahaha

I think my only complaints would be the misspelling of Kaito's name (Kiato) and the misspelling of the code (you wrote fallow rather than follow) and that last "He" floating in the roleplay sample but besides that it's nice to meet you.

One other thing, if you have spaces between paragraphs (as you can see I am doing) then you do not have to indent the next paragraph (once again, as you can see I am doing).
