Though the talk of a cultural festival seemed to be interesting topic, right? Wrong. The female Hatsune didn't bother to give the green-haired class representative her time as her eyes stayed focus on the task before her -- her hands moved gracefully among the paper she folded for her amusement as the voices of those who bothered to participate flew past her ears. "Fold here... and, yeah. Mmhm," she murmured as each flap was folded to keep her mind focused. Done. And the result? A pretty paper flower. Miku grinned at her success -- this was honestly so much better than trying to make some stupid festival!
It wasn't that she disliked the thought of one, rather she was aware of her class's thoughts which were apathetic. Even if she helped with the event, a few people could only do so much compared to an entire class. That was painstakingly obvious. Anybody who tried to help would be disappointed most likely.
Thud.
Before she could even start anything else, the noise echoed throughout the room. Her eyes, just like many others, whipped back to where it originated from. There was a boy with identical features to her own. A brow raised while she tilted her head curiously at him. Mikuo? The girl stared, noticing his cheeks turning a rose shade -- which admittedly made her giggle lightly.
Her eyes then sweep over to Mr. Class Representative his self as he babbled on of ideas. She rolled her eyes -- he was such a dork. Ugh. "Representative," Miku mused, "Before you get wrapped up in your, um, 'ideas' again, remember that you have to make it school appropriate. Just so you don't get your heart set on things before school rules tramples on it. Besides, I'm not sure how the school would feel about its female students wearing maid outfits." Also she was sure that not many girls would want to wear such a thing anyways. "I think Mikuo-kun's haunted house was a neat idea. Though if it really has to be a cafe then traditional would be good." The tealette nodded as she said her choice.
Once she was done however, Miku felt as if eyes were on her. She glanced around, only to fir her eyes to meet with those of the same color as hers. She gave a small smile to Mikuo in return before hastily looking over at the front once more.
notes Sorry for the messy post! Trying to get caught up!
Also I'm just guessing that this is open? If not then I'm really sorry for intruding and I'll delete this. uvu

Man, Rook did not expect something where he got to vote for something to do (something fun hopefully), would be so boring. It did not help that the room temperature was kind of warm, and only made warmer by his jacket, which he refused to take off. Not only that, there was the added bonus of having been tired from his morning exercises, which only added to his overall tiredness. It technically wasn't his fault that he drifted off. If they wanted him to be interested, they would've at least attempted to make this more interesting than a history lecture.
So he had been dozing off. Pretty much since he sat down. And he would've kept napping if it weren't for that loud thud from the teal-haired boy. He woke up slightly agitated, and wiped the sleep from his eyes. He was still tired, so it took his brain a while to focus on the conversation at hand. Apparently, the current ideas were a cafe or a haunted house. He was about to voice his positive thoughts on the maid cafe, until he had realized the teal-haired girl had already began her argument as to why they shouldn't. Damn, what a killjoy. He just wanted to possibly, maybe, slightly have a chance at seeing this thing with his own two eyes. Though, the traditional cafe part sounded like a swell-enough idea.
"I gotta agree with the traditional cafe thing," he said with a grin. "Maid cafes have been done to death, a haunted house could be costly if we actually wanna scare anyone."
He had grimaced slightly at the maid cafe part of his statement, but he had to appeal to the vast majority here.

Rin swiveled her head back to look at Miku. She turned to face the board and pouted a bit. A maid cafe sounded so cute!! Why wouldn't girls want to wear maid outfits? The adorable headbands, the way the skirt was so long, floofy and flared just right when you twirled...? They looked like the cutest thing!! However, Rin wasn't so vested that she would argue the point, and instead focused on the other choices. She frowned as she started to think, and then her face lit up at the same time her hand shot straight up into the air, waving slightly with her excitement. She had thought of the perfect idea!!
-- With a yawn, V. Flower rolled her eyes. "Hey, guys. You forgot that Mugi, in his excitement, suggested a haunted cafe" She drawled, not overly invested in this discussion. "So, if we went with a haunted cafe, everyone would be happy. Mikuo gets his much desired haunted house, I mean, he was so excited he fell out of his seat at the idea" a smirk twisted the corner of her lips up as she looked back to the teal haired male, and gave a little wink, rubbing salt in the wound; oh, she wouldn't forget this! "And, we could have like, ghost maids or something to appeal to males in our class" She said, eyeing Rook pointedly at this point. She might be half asleep, but she still caught his grimace; he wasn't sitting that far away from her. "Although...it isn't that traditional, but traditional cafes are pretty boring, no offense Miku-san" Flower wasn't so rude that she wouldn't address the most popular girl in their class, and even their school, so brazenly; and, she was a little intimidated by her. Her speech done, she looked around and shrugged. "Makes the most sense" she said, putting her head back on her arms and closing her eyes, slightly embarrassed. --
Rin blinked back at the silver haired girl. She was surprised. It put even her idea to shame! She slowly lowered her hand and nodded her head. She looked up at Mugi, waiting to see what would happen.
